Secure domain
Point an A record at with Cloudflare proxy turned off, then connect the domain. The panel and the customer file are then served with a trusted certificate. RustDesk uses the same domain. Use the Cloudflare option only when the record stays proxied. Proxy does not forward the RustDesk ports, so the remote connection stays on the server IP.
Customer link
Choose the customer's brand, then copy that link. On Windows, Connect opens the computer directly. The customer does not click Accept. They can still quit RustDesk at any time.
Android phone
An Android phone can be controlled after the customer opens RustDesk and taps Share screen. An iPhone cannot be controlled. Apple does not allow another app to operate the phone. The iPhone app can still connect to a computer.
- Install RustDesk from Google Play, or send the Android file.
- Open RustDesk, then Settings, then ID/Relay Server, and scan the QR code.
- Tap Share screen. Allow Screen capture and Input control, then set a permanent password.
- Type the ID and password from the phone below. The customer can stop Share screen at any time.
iPhone: install RustDesk from the App Store and scan the same QR code to connect to a customer. The iPhone itself will not appear as a computer that can be controlled.

On the computer you connect from, open RustDesk, then Settings, then Network, and fill in these values.
